The 4" Reaper Claw is a versatile creature bait designed to imitate a crawfish and trigger aggressive strikes from bass and larger predatory fish. Its oversized claws and multiple appendages create plenty of water movement, while the compact body gives it a natural crawfish profile.
Rig it your way:
- Texas Rig: 3/0–4/0 EWG or offset worm hook, with or without a bullet weight.
- Flipping/Pitching: 3/0–4/0 heavy-wire flipping hook with a pegged tungsten weight for working cover.
- Jig Trailer: Pair it with a football, flipping, or swim jig for extra bulk and action.
- Carolina Rig: Excellent for dragging across rocky or hard-bottom areas.
- Jig Head: A 3/0–4/0 jig head can be used for a more exposed presentation.
- Ned-Style Presentation: Can be rigged on a larger Ned-style hook when a compact bottom presentation is needed.
