Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Colorado State Baits & Tackle Co. Every bait is hand-poured in small batches and individually inspected before it ships.

Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.

Our baits are handmade, not mass-produced. Slight variations in color, glitter distribution, shape, softness, size, or minor cosmetic imperfections are a normal part of the hand-pouring process.

Minor air bubbles, small molding marks, slight bends from packaging or shipping, and other cosmetic variations do not affect the performance of the bait and are not considered defects.

These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is significantly damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We'll review the issue and work with you to find a fair solution.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item.
